The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 40-year-old Webster man.
Erick Arroyo-Cruz turned himself in on a warrant out of Seneca Town Court for his alleged failure to appear for a vehicle and traffic offense.
Arroyo-Cruz was taken into custody without incident and custody was transferred over to the Ontario County Jail where he will be arraigned and answer for his charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
