A Farmington man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly stole a wallet at the Finger Lakes Racino in Farmington.
Joseph Lomascolo was arrested without incident on a charge of grand larceny.
The 46-year-old Lomascolo was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
