The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 32-year-old Rochester man on a charge of criminal mischief.
It is alleged that while Terrance Lewis was getting into a jail transport van he allegedly kicked the rear passenger window out.
Lewis was released on an appearance ticket for Village of Penn Yan Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
