The investigation into a domestic violence incident in Schuyler County resulted in the arrest of a Watkins Glen resident.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports its investigation of the incident resulted in charges of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child being levied against 37-year-old Desiree Burleson.
Burleson was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Dix Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
