The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 40-year-old Clifton Springs woman on a bench warrant.
The warrant for Ashley Johnston was issued on September 11th out of Ontario County Court.
Johnston was transported to the Ontario County Jail where she was held to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
