A Verona, New York, man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop in the village of Waterloo.
The arrest of Joe Frias stems from a traffic stop for speeding and failing to maintain his lane. According to deputies, it is alleged Frias was found to be operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while intoxicated and with a suspended license.
Frias was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Fayette Town Court at a later date.
