A Newark man has been arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Wayne County.
The warrant for Marcus Beane, of Newark, was issued after he allegedly failed to appear in court on the original charge of petit larceny stemming from an incident that happened at the Byrne Dairy in Newark in April of this year.
Beane was picked up by the Newark Police Department and was turned over to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Beane was processed and turned over to the Wayne County Jail to be held for CAP Court.
