A Newark man is accused of striking another person and threatening to kill them and their family during a disturbance that happened in the city of Canandaigua.
The alleged incident involving 21-year-old Maxwell Lucier occurred at an unidentified Lakeshore Drive business.
Lucieer was released on an appearance ticket following his arrest for an appearance in Canandaigua City Court
