A convicted sex offender is back in jail after allegedly raping a teen.
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office reports the Wednesday arrest of Matthew Fragola of Salina for Rape and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The 33-year-old is accused of having multiple sexual encounters with a 14-year-old.
Fragola is a level 3 sex offender after being convicted of rape in May 2021.
Fragola is currently incarcerated at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
