The Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Penn Yan men on two separate counts of harassment.
56-year-old Douglas Derr and 45-year-old Shawn Radka, of Penn Yan, were charged after deputies responded to a home on Benton Jerusalem Townline Road for people fighting near a camper. It was determined Derr and Radka had engaged in unwanted physical contact.
Both men were released on appearance tickets for Jerusalem Town Court.
