Your chance to meet Geneva’s first responders and review their equipment happens next month.
August 6th is National Night Out Events. Geneva police and fire departments, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department, New York State Police, and Canandaigua Police will be at the Geneva Recreation Complex on South Exchange Street from 5 to 8 p.m.
The national event is to help build relationships and promote police and community partnerships. The agencies will bring vehicles, SWAT Trucks, K-9 teams, and the state police dive tank. Dive team members will provide a live demonstration.
In Seneca County, the National Night Out event will also be held. That event is held at the Rodman Lott and Sons Farm on Route 414.
