A Lyons man was arrested on Monday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into an incident that happened in January.
Travis Rosser-Pappin was charged with obstructing governmental administration for the incident.
Rosser-Pappin was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
