A joint investigation by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Social Services has resulted in the arrest of a 49-year-old Watkins Glen woman.
Heidi White was charged with grand larceny following the investigation.
White was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and was released to appear in Village of Montour Falls Court at a later date.
