A Penn Yan man has been arrested on a charge of forcible touching following allegations he inappropriately touched a woman at a local establishment.
It is alleged that 31-year-old Emiliano Martinez approached the woman and began to forcibly touch her legs and chest against her wishes. Martinez was located a short time later and was arrested without incident.
Martinez was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
