A Penn Yan man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a domestic dispute in the village.
It is alleged that 26-year-old Conner Subeh subjected another village resident to unwanted physical contact while in the presence of two children. Subeh also allegedly took the victim’s cellphone during the altercation so she could not call 9-1-1 and allegedly would not allow the victim out of a room in the home.
Subeh was charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, harassment, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
