Young Woman Airlifted After Serious One-Car Accident in Steuben County

An 18-year-old woman was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital after she was involved in a one-car accident in Steuben County over the weekend.

State Police say the unidentified driver was headed west on Woodcock Road in the town of Campbell at around 10:30 Saturday morning when her car left the road, overturned, and struck a tree. The woman suffered serious undisclosed injuries.

Troopers are still looking into what caused the accident.
