A Penn Yan resident was ticketed by police for allegedly driving on a suspended license.
Alicia Beard was stopped on Maiden Lane by Penn Yan Police. The roadside investigation showed Beard’s license was suspended.
Beard was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
