A domestic violence incident that occurred at a residence in the town of Jerusalem resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan woman.
Shawn Whiting is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact on Sunday.
Whiting was charged with harassment and will appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
