The investigation into a road rage incident over the weekend in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a local resident under Leandra’s Law.
Brandon Dicicco was reportedly driving aggressively near East Bayard Street on Saturday. Police found his car a short time later and conducted a traffic stop. A roadside investigation determined Dicicco was allegedly driving drunk with a child under the age of 16 in the car, which is a felony.
The 29-year-old will appear in town court to answer the charge.
