The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Montour Falls man on petit larceny charges.
Jonathan Krnotch was arrested following a complaint made on West Main Street in the village of Montour Falls.
Krnotch was issued an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court
