A Canandaigua man was arrested Monday following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Randolph Mattice was charged with conspiracy, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The 56-year-old Mattice was arraigned at Wayne County Superior Court and released to appear at a later date and time.
