A Rochester man was arrested Saturday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies and New York State Police after responding to a shoplifter complaint.
Deputies apprehended Jose Manuel Trinidad-Pagan after he allegedly stole $118.00 worth of merchandise belonging to the Ulta Cosmetic store in Victor and proceeded to exit the store without paying for the merchandise.
Trinidad-Pagan was issued an appearance ticket on a petit larceny charge and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
