On June 23, 2024, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christina Corbitt, age 42, of Dundee, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic complaint where Corbitt failed to maintain her lane and failed to use her turn signal. After further investigation, it was determined Corbitt was operating the vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Corbitt was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .08%, both misdemeanor traffic offense, along with other sections of the NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law. She was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges on a later date.
