The Bath Police Department says it seized 93 pairs of counterfeit Nike sneakers from a business located on Liberty St along with other fake Nike products.
The case will be referred to the Steuben County District Attorney’s office for potential charges. Over $1,000 of counterfeit merchandise is a class E felony.
Based on the prices the store was selling the items for, the seizure is valued at over $14,000
