A Fayette man has been charged with drunken driving following a traffic complaint early Sunday morning.
Deputies located the vehicle on Leader Road in Fayette and performed a traffic stop. After an investigation, deputies placed 43-year-old Michael Arno into custody. Arno was also charged with aggravated DWI BAC over .18%, crossing a hazard marking and failure to keep right.
Arno was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
