Dundee Rotary’s Wellness Program Annual Blood Analysis (AMBA) will be held June 15th from 6-10a at the Dundee Fire Hall on 12 Union Street.
The cost is $44 (check or money order only payable to AMBA Wellness Programs). PLEASE NOTE: there will be an additional $15 for the “Specimen Collection Fee” There will be a separate handling fee of $5 for the Rotary (cash or check), all monies collected go to helping our community.
Photo ID will be required.
This will be done by appointment only, no walk-ins.
Optional tests available, PSA, TSH, Vitamin D, A1C (Hemoglobin), Colon Rectal Kit. A physician order will be required for these.
