A Newark man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on DWI charges.
The charges against Carlton Fleming stem from a traffic stop in the town of Lyons where the 50-year-old was found to be operating a car while under the influence of alcohol. Fleming was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he voluntarily submitted to a breath test, which determined his BAC to be .14%
Fleming was charged with DWI and DWI with a BAC of .08% or greater.
