A Sodus man was arrested on harassment and endangering the welfare of a child charges on Monday.
40-year-old Justin Stephens was arrested for allegedly striking a victim in the face multiple times during a physical altercation while in the immediate presence of an infant child.
Stephens was transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment.
