A Corning man was charged with assault in Schuyler County.
Following an incident on County Road 16 in the town of Orange last Tuesday, Lee Fitzpatrick was also charged with reckless endangerment.
The 48-year-old Fitzpatrick was released to appear in Orange Town Court following his arraignment in Schuyler County CAP Court.
