12 years after allegedly issuing a bad check to a business in the town of Middlesex, a Sayre, Pennsylvania man turned himself in on an active arrest warrant to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.
74-year-old Arnold Westervelt was being held at the Yates County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment.
