A Rochester man has been arrested on identity theft charges in Ontario County.
26-year-old Zachari James was arrested after he allegedly violated a full stay-away order of protection. James was also charged with criminal contempt and petit larceny.
James was held for CAP arraignment and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer his charges.
