A Rochester woman was arrested on trespass charges at the Eastview Mall in Victor Sunday night.
During an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, it was determined that 41-year-old Marivellisse Martinez had previously been banned from all Wilmorite Properties, including the Eastview Mall, during a prior arrest on January 18th.
Following her arraignment on the trespass charge, Martinez was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
