A Phelps man is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated harassment following the investigation into an incident that happened last Monday.
Matthew Eldridge was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following its investigation.
The 49-year-old was processed at the Ontario County Jail and returned to his Clinton Street residence. Eldridge will appear in Phelps Town Court at a later date to answer the charge
