An Arcadia man was arrested Tuesday night following the investigation into the report of a person unresponsive in a car parked in the road.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office investigation determined Anthony Santiago was driving the car while intoxicated. The 41-year-old was also found to be in possession of a switchblade knife. Santiago refused to submit to a chemical blood test.
Santiago was charged with drunken driving and criminal possession of a weapon and will appear in Arcadia Town Court at a later date.
