A Wayne County man has been arrested on a burglary charge.
56-year-old Scott Cantwell, of Palmyra, is accused of entering a home without permission and stealing property.
In addition to burglary, Cantwell was charged with petit larceny. He was being held at the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
