The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 59-year-old Mount Morris man in the town of West Bloomfield.
59-year-old Luis Marcano-Maldonado was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of the Ontario County Family Court for a support violation.
Marcano-Maldonado was held for CAP to be arraigned and will appear at the Ontario County Court at a later date to answer the charge.
