A Middlesex man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a criminal summons issued out of Middlesex Town Court.
Charles Lacey faces a charge of trespass.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, Lacey will appear in Middlesex Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
