A Phelps woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Friday for two Violation of Probation offenses.
Following her arrest, deputies brought 36-year-old Tiffany Gushlaw to the Ontario County Jail. Gushlaw was processed and held for CAP arraignment.
