A property damage crash in the town of Walworth Thursday night led to the arrest of a 22-year-old Macedon man.
The accident happened on State Route 350 and an investigation determined Jacob Kelley was driving drunk. Kelley was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing, where he voluntarily submitted to a chemical test, which determined his BAC to be .14%
Kelley was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or greater and unsafe lane change. Kelley was released on an appearance ticket for Walworth Town Court.
