The investigation into an incident that occurred on State Route 14 in the village of Montour Falls resulted in the arrest of a Schuyler County resident.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Earl MacDougall was charged with criminal contempt following their investigation.
MacDougall was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and sent to Schuyler County Jail.
