An Indiana man was arrested in Steuben County over the weekend after police say he attempted to lure an underage girl into his car.
The alleged incident happened Sunday at the Super 8 Hotel in Bath when police say they received a report of an adult man who attempted to lure the 14-year-old into his car against her will.
Joshua Beem was later located and taken into custody on a violent felony charge of attempted kidnapping.
