An Arcadia man was arrested Sunday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of the village of Newark.
Robert Wells, Junior, was located at a home in Butler where deputies were investigating an unrelated matter. During that investigation, it was discovered that Wells had an active bench warrant for failure to appear on the original charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, and harassment.
Following his arrest, Wells was brought to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment.
