A shoplifting complaint at Walmart in Seneca Falls on Sunday led to the arrest of a 23-year-old Waterloo woman.
It is alleged that Kelsey Davoli exited the store with a shopping cart full of merchandise and failed to make a payment for any of the items in her possession. Davoli is also accused of being the suspect in another theft that occurred at the same store two days earlier.
Davoli was charged with two counts of petit larceny and was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
