The investigation into a family trouble in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Sodus man early Monday morning.
The charges against Theodore McMinn, Junior, stem from a domestic incident where the 56-year-old allegedly damaged the property of another person by spray painting it.
Following his arrest of criminal mischief and making graffiti charges, McMinn was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
