A Waterloo resident was charged with assault and resisting arrest following the investigation into a domestic incident.
Shameeza Aziz’s arrest stems from a domestic incident where it is alleged the 52-year-old caused a physical injury to another person with a dangerous instrument and then resisted arrest.
Aziz was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
