A property damage accident at the intersection of Cayuga Street and State Route 414 in the town of Varick resulted in the arrest of a Paterson, New Jersey man.
During their investigation, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies determined the driver of the car, 37-year-old Luis Perro-Soto was intoxicated and placed him into custody.
Perro-Soto was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC over .18%, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Perro-Soto was released on an appearance ticket for Varick Town Court for later this month.
