An investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Lyons man.
In July of 2022, a rock-like substance was found on Joshua Barber as he was being arrested on a bench warrant. The substance was later confirmed to be cocaine.
Barber was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on an appearance ticket.
