A Middlesex man was arrested Wednesday by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a criminal contempt charge.
Deputies responded to a residence in Middlesex for an ongoing order of protection violation. Deputies arrived at the location and determined that 22-year-old Caden Paterson was allegedly in violation of the order of protection by being at the residence.
Paterson was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await CAP Court arraignment.
