An Arcadia man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation in the town of Lyons.
The charges against Dominique Lundy stem from a 911 call from an anonymous source, which reported the 30-year-old was inside a building which he had been recently banned from. When deputies arrived they found Lundy inside the property he was formally advised not to be at. Lundy was taken into custody without incident and charged with trespass.
Lundy was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
