The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rochester man on harassment and aggravated criminal trespass charges on Thursday.
Chad Simpson had been formally trespassed by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office from an address located in South Bristol and repeatedly trespassed upon that property.
Simpson was being held at the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and will appear in South Bristol Town Court at a later date.
